Founded in 1984, Sai Enterprises was the first dedicated thermal insulation and acoustic contracting company established in the Marathwada region — and remains one of its most trusted.
From a focused regional workshop, we have grown into a pan-India contractor serving pharmaceutical plants, food and cold-chain facilities, power and process industries, and commercial HVAC projects.

After completing his studies from MIT Pune, Anirudh joined the family business of thermal insulation and went on to expand it into new verticals — acoustic solutions and comfort cooling.
